SMART LIFE COMPANY LIMITED CONDUCTED ITS STEERING COMMITTEE MEETING

Smart Life Company Limited conducted its steering committee meeting on its own office in Mantaar Kathmandu with the chair of Mr. Rabi Kiran Adhikari. In the meeting the company endorsed the share listing document to submit to the company registrar office. A total of 140 member have deposited the amount of their investment for 247193 Kitta of share. The meeting also endorsed the logistic and office equipment required for smooth office functioning. The company also endorsed to open the staffs provident fund in Citizen Investment Trust. During the meeting Mr. Ramji Dahal shared that the Badda ko Tawa 2nd brach is proposed to open at Dhangahdi and Smart Life company is invited to be the partner as well. The decision will be taken in next meeting after careful consideration. Also the meeting suggested to hold a meeting with team for the possible increase of its authorized, issues and paid up capital to include the new members. The meeting concluded with a sharing of progress of project at Sarlahi.
