1st AGM of Smart Life Company Concluded

The first AGM of Smart Life Company conducted on 11 Feb 2023 at Kathmandu in Badda Ko Tawa Restaurant at Dibyashwori Planning, Bhaktapur. In this event, the company got its full-fledged members for 4 years tenure: Rabi Kiran Adhikari as Chairperson, Ramji Prasad Dahal, Rajendra Adhikari, Jeevan Ghimire, Dinesh Khadka, Labahari Budhathoki and Indira Khadka as directors on consensus. Also the AGM endorsed the agenda of Annual report, Audit report, auditor appointment, as the AGM endorsed the audit report of FY 2078/79. President Mr. Rabi Kiran Adhikari welcomed all the members and shared the progress and upcoming plan in the event. Mr. Dinesh Khadka shared the financial update. During the event, presentation on its upcoming projects “CR Smart Hotel” is done which is going to be done in partnership with CR Housing and Smart Life Company with a new company established in partnership. More than 100 people were attended the event including existing and potential investors. The AGM was conducted in the presence of Speaker of Province one Mr. Baburam Gautam. He shared that the type of company being visioned is the need for promoting social business model in Nepal. He congratulated and thanked the team for inviting him and wishes everyone with a gratitude.
